Assisted pull up machine

Works on your back, arms and chest-

Start by setting your pin on the desired weight

Stand on the platform and hold on to the outer handles

Pull yourself up as far as possible

Make sure your abs are engaged, shoulders are pressed down & back

Slowly release down until your arms are almost straight

Make sure you squeeze the shoulder blade as pull up again

Assisted pull up machine allows u to do pull-ups when you cant do it with your own body weight
