Grab the Dumbbells of appropriate weight for you.
Stand up straight.
Keep your core tight:
Slowly breath in while pushing your glutes back and going down.
Make sure to not arch your back
Feel the pressure on your glutes and hams.
Breathe out and push your glutes in lifting the dumbbells up back to position.
