Benefits of Push, Pull , Split.

Push , Pull , Legs or PPL aims at targeting multiple muscle groups who use the same movement.
They are done at a 3 day split where we can do 2 sessions a week.
With regards to legs , it alternates between Quads and Hams to prevent injury.
PPL helps you train one muscle group twice.
It also helps tap those muscles that might get activated.
Certain movements may cause muscles other than the targeted ones to be activated.
PPL helps to train them effectively rather than just getting activated a bit.
PPL can be done across levels of experience and you too should try it out.
