Leg press Great way to tighten your glutes, quads, and hamstring
Sit comfortably on the seat, back rest on the pad, and maintain a neutral spine
Bring your legs up at a 90degree angle
Always make sure your toes are pointed outside
Now push through your heels and breathe out as you push forward
You Never fully extend your knees or lock your knees.
Come back to your 90degree angle & push again through your heels
Drive back up with the front heel to full knee extension
