Leg Day : Maximize your strength pt3.

Legs are done on your third day of the session. (Quads, Hams are done on the 6th)

1. Squats

2. Leg press

3. Step Ups.

4. Leg Extensions

Legs, often neglected, are an important muscle group in the body.

They help with overall body strength and a toned look.

Alternate between exercises to keep a variation , do appropriate sets with progressive overload
