1. Reverse grip Pull Ups

2. Reverse flys

3. Lat Pull Downs.

4. Plated upright row

5. Bend over rows

6. Cable rows

7. Bicep rope curls.

8. Hammer curls

9. Alternate Bicep Curls:

Do make sure to try variations for the same muscle group with appropriate sets.
