For the second workout let's hit the whole core with some mountain climbers.

Make sure your posture is correct and you target the core.

Now to get rid of them love handles , let's hit the sides with oblique crunches.

Let's move to the lower abs with some air cycling.

And to top it all off , the best core workout. The plank.

Always make sure to warm down after the workout.

Make sure you do each for 30 seconds to 1 minute with a 15-20 seconds break between reps.
